Bullet journal #4: The month of March in the theme geometric & sports tracker
Yep, I'm still working on my bullet journal. A bit addicted ;-). Have you also started a bullet journal? In this article my pages for the month of March and an overview page. You might find some inspiration...
Horse riding lessons 2018
I thought it would be useful to keep track of my riding lessons from 2018, a kind of sports tracker. Firstly, because after every 10 lessons I have to buy a new card for the next 10 lessons. Handy to know when I have to pay again. I don't like doing that too late. Plus I just like to see which horse I rode this year.
First I covered two pages from my bullet journal with paper with a wood design. I then cut a sheet of paper at the back of my journal and on it I made the layout of my list, date, how many lessons, the horse I rode and extra (for details).
I further decorated the pages with kraft wrapping paper, washi tape and old photos of my favorite forever pony, Lucky.
The cover is very sleek this month. I have been fascinated by various geometric drawings for a while now. I chose to draw a geometric fox. This is a combination of different foxes on Pinterest. I wrote the font for the word month a bit in the style of the fox.
Mood tracker March
I enjoyed drawing the geometric fox so much that I now also wanted a geometrically drawn animal as a mood tracker. I chose a beautiful polar bear that I saw on the internet. I partly copied this and partly adapted it to my own wishes. I also made up a baby polar bear myself, because only mother polar bear did not provide enough boxes for the days of the month.
Water tracker march
Because I like to drink more, I created a water tracker... now that I think about it, I might have better called the page a drink tracker. On this page I will count my glasses of drinks. My goal is actually 9 glasses, but I think 5 to 8 will be the most common.
First I found a matching background and glued it to the page with an Action glue roller (still in love with it 😉 ). This means you no longer see the ghosting and pushing through of the mood tracker. I tore a sheet of paper with dots from the back of my bullet journal and glued it to the background, again with the glue roller.
I have drawn a glass for each day (unfortunately March has 31 days and 1 glass is loose), I color the water in the glass with a color. At the bottom of the page you will see the colors that correspond to the number of glasses. I further decorated the page with geometric sea animals, such as fish, starfish and a seahorse. I drew the bubbles of water with a fineliner.
Sleep tracker march
In the Last month I also got a sleep tracker made. I found this so fun and interesting to keep track of that I chose to also make a sleep tracker in the month of March. Of course different than last time :-). This time I chose to keep track of the number of hours of sleep and the quality of sleep. I made the page match the water tracker a bit in terms of color and atmosphere :-).
Are you more into the geometric and sleek pages or are you more into the free pages?
