  1. How do you get those circles so nicely round? It never turns out that nice for me. I think they turned out great Christmas decorations. And child and cat friendly too.

  2. Inge says:

Oh gosh, what cuties! I think it would be great to fill the entire tree with that 🙂

  3. WOW Els, you did this beautifully and so neatly. Phew! I'm not going to venture into this yet haha, I'm not very precise. I'm more into the slightly less detailed DIYs ;-)!

    Love!

  4. Renate says:

Oh how nice they are! I think they turned out really well and are very cute! If all goes well, I'll also start a Christmas DIY tomorrow, it's completely different, but it really makes me want to be creative!

  5. Florentine says:

    Oh cool, I love them!!
    Definitely worth remembering 🙂

  6. Marleen says:

Very nice! Nice and creative and Christmasy! xx http://www.remotereporter.nl

  7. I like ornaments that don't break. These look very nice. How did you get it so nice and round when cutting? It always ends up being so messy for me.

    • Els says:

Haha, the cutting is not completely neatly round either ;-). By sticking it together, it also looks much nicer round :-).

  8. Ysanne says:

This is so cute! And they turned out great 🙂

  9. Saskia says:

That Rudolph is really too cute! Very nicely done again.

  10. Michelle says:

So cute! I will remember this to make next year! This year I have enough crafts that I can invest my energy and time in, so unfortunately this fun project will be postponed for a while. I think I like the reindeer the best, so cute!

Wow, you really put a lot of work into this article and the result is impressive. The Christmas figures are very cute. I sometimes see a felt Christmas tree for children on Pinterest, which is then attached to the wall and they can stick their own felt decorations on it. These things would easily take a tree to the next life 😉

  12. Hilde says:

Sitting here with my sister and being completely enthusiastic about this DIY haha 🙂 So nicely done! and how sweet and nice that you made that pattern so that it is easier for others to carry out this DIY!!
I also think it would be nice to add this to a beautifully wrapped Christmas present with the recipient's name on the back 🙂

  16. Very sweet! I would hang this on my Christmas tree, it has white and turquoise baubles. Actually, I also really like this for a children's room. Well done again Els.

  17. robin says:

wow you are really creative! they are really super cute

  18. Connie says:

Els, they are very beautiful. They can go into a gift shop to sell them. A nice ball to receive, but also certainly one to make yourself. ??

  19. Ina Kuiper says:

I still have leftover felt! Should do this sometime. I think they are very beautiful Els!

  20. Anita | Mindjoy says:

Wow, what super cool balls 🙂

  21. Christien says:

They look cute, really nice but I'm better with knitting and crochet hooks.

  22. Marion says:

Very nice! Actually much nicer than the regular Christmas baubles! 🙂

  23. Morgaine says:

I would do something with this on a completely different tree or something or for a child in the room, but not in the big Christmas tree, for me only real balls belong in that anyway, and yes I have made things myself from my grandmother's fabric. e.g. But I always hang it elsewhere, not in the tree, if it ever comes up 😉

    • Els says:

Haha, nice that everyone is different :-). Our tree is completely full of felt figures :-)!

      • Morgaine says:

No, somehow, even when I see it in the shows, I quite like it, but it doesn't feel 'real' then, hahaha yes, fortunately it does 😉 Maybe the old myths and legends are too deeply entrenched me, glass balls, especially silver, reflect and that scares the ghosts and they leave your house 😛

I would really appreciate a response to this article :)
